With all the internet scams online, is it possible to find real work from home jobs such as online paid surveys. Let's look at one way of finding a real job on the internet.
As someone who has spent the last couple of years trying this and purchasing that, I have quite a good idea of what is legitimate and what will take up your time and not pay you a single penny. I have wasted lot's of time on projects that looked and sounded extremely good, but they just turned out to be nothing but scams that didn't pay out.
I have finally found a couple of jobs that do pay and pay quite well, one of these being online paid surveys. At first I was skeptical as to what this would be about, would I just be filling in forms and answering questions for money? Quite simply, yes.
First of all, you need access to the companies that will pay you for answering questions, this is simple. Their are quite a few websites online that will give you instant access to hundreds of well known businesses such as Colgate and Gap. They will send you a couple of surveys every month, depending on your criteria, by this I mean, where you live, your age, how many children you have and even what car you drive.
So what will I have to do?
One of the latest surveys I just received was from Colgate. They first send out a small questionnaire which is called a screener. This will ask you a couple of simple questions about you and your lifestyle, to see if you fit the criteria for the main survey. I passed the screener, I am now waiting for an invitation for the final round of questions. After this I will receive a payment, anywhere between $1 and $100.
During the first 3 months of 2009, I earned just above $450. I am being very honest, I could lie and tell you I was earning this every single week, but I don't. The reason I don't earn a lot of money doing this is because of where I live, Spain. Being an English man in Spain is quite tough for the companies who wish to know my opinion on their products, to them I don't fit their criteria very often.
So this is what online paid surveys are about. Don't let me put you off, if you live in the USA or the UK, you will receive more surveys every month because English speaking countries are more suited to the big companies such as Wal-Mart and Tesco.
