Have you ever asked yourself if you really can earn easy money online taking paid surveys? I know I did. I always thought there must be a catch somewhere, but the good news is there isn't - although it's highly unlikely you will ever become a millionaire doing it!
You have to be very careful about which companies you sign up to though, as there are some that only want your personal details to sell to someone else. But having said that, if you choose carefully, you really can earn easy money online taking paid surveys.
If you're looking for something to earn you a reasonable amount each month, for extra shopping, nights out, pay a few bills etc, then taking part in paid surveys is as good a way as any that I know.
There shouldn't be any sort of fee payable to register with genuine companies doing legitimate market research as they are not in the business of making money, only gathering information on consumer habits and spending patterns etc. Very rarely some will ask for a 'signing on fee', but this should never be more than $10. This has only happened when the company concerned pays very well for information, but is inundated with spurious researchers giving any old answer just to get paid. It is hoped that by charging a small fee it will cut out the wasters.
There are a couple of things to remember about market research companies. They care about demographics, and they care about valid information in their chosen market. If you want to be taken seriously as a contributor and get regular surveys to complete (and therefore more earnings), choose companies whose markets are familiar to you, something that you at least know something about. Be honest in filling out your profile, then you'll only be sent relevant surveys to complete.
You should NEVER be asked to give your credit card number to any legitimate research company. There is no reason to, and you should also never be asked to buy anything from them either. So if any of those things are presented to you in order for you to 'join' their company, give them a wide berth, they're probably a dodgy outfit.
At the end of the day, a decent market research company only wants your opinion about certain things in their field of business, and they are happy to pay you for your time. They won't shower you with abundant cash as some websites will have you believe, or give you a lavish lifestyle to boot (better put the Caribbean cruise on hold for the moment). But if you register with several at the same time, you can recieve a decent amount in total each month.
