Make Money With Paid Surveys - Part 4

Setting Up A PayPal Account

If you do not have a PayPal account you should set one up, as that is the most common method of payment that the survey companies use. It is very simple to set up and it doesn't cost anything to set one up. Just simply go to Paypal.com and fill out some basic information and your checking account information as well. To get it to be a verified account, request them to verify it. What they will do is put 2 or 3 cents in your bank account in a couple of different deposits and then you need to access your bank account and find the EXACT amount that they put in and email them that information. This might take a day or so to get this done. By having a verified account you can send and receive unlimited amounts of money.

At this point you are now ready to start taking some surveys. You've probably already noticed the amount of emails you are getting just from setting up all these accounts. Some will go to your junk or spam folder while others will go to your inbox. Review all your emails in both folders because this is how some of the survey companies notify you when they have surveys available for you to take.

Now remember the key to all the work you have just done by setting all this up is to consistently work on it each day. You need to treat it as a part -time job if you wish to make any type of income. If you only spend an hour or so a day then your income will be small. You need to spend 3 or 4 hours a day to build your income.

The reason why do this is when you first start taking surveys the amount they pay is rather small, anywhere from 50 cents to $1.50 sometimes $5.00 dollars per survey. The surveys can be ten minutes up to twenty minutes in length to complete them and most sites will give you an estimate of the time it will take you to complete their survey.

Also some of the companies will ask you a few qualifying questions before you actually start the real survey just to see if you are qualified or in the range of the particular group that they are looking for. Typical qualifying questions would be your age, location, even question about do you or anyone in your household work for such and such a company or employed in such and such a field. After answering these questions they will either re-direct you to the survey or tell you that you do not meet their requirements for that particular survey. Don't get discouraged, this is all part of the process.

The more surveys you complete for these companies on a regular basis, you will be offered more higher paying surveys ranging from 25 to sometimes 50 dollars a survey. However, the more they pay for the survey the longer the amount of time it will take to complete them, sometimes up to a ½ hour to an hour per survey.
