Pre-Paid Legal MLM Is it a good Opportunity?-an objective Overview of Pre-Paid Legal

The Company:

Pre-Paid Legal is a MLM company that was founded in the summer of 1972, Harland Stonecipher started Pre-Paid Legal's predecessor, which was called "The Sportsman's Motor Club", offering to it's customers expense reimbursement services as a motor service club.

Upon doing my research for this Pre-Paid Legal overview I found that the company as we know it today Pre-Paid Legal Services started selling plans through network marketing in 1983.

Pre-Paid Legal went public on the NASDAQ National Market System in early 1983 and two years later moved to the American Stock Exchange. In today's highly litigious society, people get as much justice as they can afford.

That is a fact of life that every adult has to be aware of. A survey reveals that only the top 10% of income earners can afford to have a lawyer on retainer basis.

Thus, for the vast majority of the population, a simple statement like "I'm going to talk to my lawyer about this" is an expensive luxury. Although many people find themselves in situations requiring legal advice, most do not seek the advice or help of a qualified lawyer.

For some it is the cost. For others the process seems intimidating. There are also those who do not know where to begin. These are the people who might be interested in this service.

Pre-Paid Legal MLM Opportunity:

If you are considering becoming a Pre Paid Legal MLM distributor, you might be interested in this information. Here is a quick overview of the compensation plan of Pre-Paid legal.

With Pre-Paid Legal's MLM compensation structure, you will be paid from $50 to $182.50 on every $26 membership you sell. At Senior Associate level, this means that if you market just 5 memberships per week, you'll receive $500 per week*!

If you decide to become a Pre-Paid MLM distributor, you will have to pay an upfront cost for your training kit, and you will then be able to present the opportunity and product to others.

From what I understand the selling techniques used by most distributors are more in line with the old school MLM marketing plans.

For example product house parties, flyers, word of mouth, writing lists of family and friends. There most likely will be weekly meetings held in your city that you would want to attend so that you can learn more about your Pre-Paid Legal product and opportunity.

My Thoughts:

Living in the modern world as we all do, chances are that you'll sooner or later experience either a minor or major infractions on your rights. Attending to these issues only as emergencies is an approach most adults wisely organize their lives to avoid.

A legal firm that has handled your brief previously is similar to a doctor that knows your medical history. They may not always predict with accuracy what you'll come down with next time, but they are most likely to provide you courteous and professional service.

That is surely a reason why this might be a MLM business opportunity for you to take a look at.
